1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to Aligned Vibration ("we," "us," "our") and govern your use of our website, online courses, group coaching, and 1:1 consultancy services. By purchasing or accessing any of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide self-paced online courses, live group coaching programs, and 1:1 consultancy services tailored to online business owners. While our services are open to anyone, they are primarily marketed to online business professionals.

3. Purchases and Refund Policy

  • Self-Paced Digital Products: All purchases of self-paced courses and downloadable resources are final. By purchasing these products, you waive your right to any refund once you have logged in to access the course materials or downloaded any part of the product. No refunds are available after access or download has occurred.

  • Group Coaching and 1:1 Services: These services include a 15-day cooling-off period. Refunds after this period will depend on the portion of the service delivered and the reason provided. Some programs may offer rejoining or deferment in lieu of a refund if clients cannot attend for personal reasons.

  • Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for select services. In the case of missed payments, we may attempt to collect payment multiple times. Access to services may be restricted if payments remain outstanding. For 1:1 consultancy, late payments will incur additional fees as outlined in the service contract.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided through our courses and coaching, including videos, resources, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Aligned Vibration and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Users are granted personal, non-transferable access to these resources. Video content may not be downloaded or distributed. Downloadable resources are provided for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
  • For 1:1 consultancy, clients retain ownership of any content created collaboratively during the consultancy sessions.

5. User Conduct

While there are no specific behavior rules, users are expected to act within legal bounds and to exercise discernment in their interactions within our community spaces.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a userโ€™s account or access to our services in the event of:

  • Non-payment for services or repeated failure to meet payment obligations.
  • Unauthorized distribution or sharing of our proprietary materials.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Aligned Vibration does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from participating in our courses, coaching programs, or consultancy services. Testimonials shared on our website or materials are examples of past client experiences and do not imply guaranteed results for all users. Many factors, including individual effort and circumstances, affect the results.

We are committed to supporting clients to the best of our ability. In cases where clients do not achieve their desired results, they may have the option to rejoin future rounds of group programs, or 1:1 clients may join a group program as additional support.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

9. International Use

Our services are available to users globally. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with all local laws in your jurisdiction.
