Why I left a working agency
I closed a Done-for-you program design & launch agency that was succeeding by every industry measure. I had seen, from the inside, what happens when a program scales before it has been built properly. Reputation thins. Students quietly stop finishing. Marketing first focus teaches you to scale without proper focus on the quality for the program. I did not want to get better at that. I wanted to teach its opposite.
